■Equipment life
Lighting fixtures have a lifetime.
After 8 to 10 years of installation, internal deterioration has progressed even if there is no abnormality
in the appearance. Check and replace.
※Operating conditions are ambient temperature 30℃, lighting for 10 hours a day、lighting for 3000 hours a year.
(according to JIS C 8105-1 explanation)
・ If the ambient temperature is high or the lighting time is long, the life time will be shortened.
・ Please receive an inspection by a specialist such as a construction shop once every three years.
If you continue to use the product without checking it, there is a risk of fire, electric shock, or falling.

Warranty details
If a product malfunctions, we will repair or replace it free of charge depending on the warranty period and conditions for each
product. Damages by the installation of lighting fixtures and construction-related materials are not covered by the warranty.
Request for repair
If the warranty period has expired or the warranty conditions are not met, repairs will be charged.
