II.11.a) PID selection
After turning off the PID regulation function, the controller will
operate as an ordinary two-state controller and the following additional
functions will appear in the main menu:
feeding time
➢
This option is used for setting the fuel feeder's operation time. The
operation time should be set depending on the kind of the used fuel and
the type of the boiler;
feeding pause
➢
The pause time is used to set the feeder's operation pause. The pause
should be adjusted to the type of fuel combusted in the boiler. Incorrect
selection of the operation time as well as the pause may result in faulty
functioning of the boiler, i.e. the fuel may not be completely burnt or the
boiler may not reach the set temperature. Selection of proper times
allows the boiler to operate properly;
temperature alarm

The time after which the temperature alarm is activated is set with this
function. If the boiler temperature does not rise to the set temperature
during the set time, the alarm will be activated. After pressing the knob
of the pulse generator, the alarm is deactivated and the regulator
returns to the recently set operation mode;
blow-in power
➢
This function controls the fan's rotational speed. The regulation range is
between 1 and 100%, (it can be assume that these are the fan's gears).
The higher the gear the faster the fan is operating, where 1% is the
minimum fan speed and 100% is the maximum of the fan's operation;
support operation
➢
This function is used to set the fuel feeding time when staying in the
support cycle (operation above the set temperature). This prevents the
boiler from burning out in the event when the temperature remains above
the set temperature.
NOTE: Incorrect setting of this option may result in constant increase in
temperature!
support pause
➢
This option is used to adjust the pause time of the feeder during the
support mode.
NOTE: Incorrect setting of this option may result in constant increase in
temperature! Break in maintenance should not be too short.
