Design features of the power tool
Speed selector thumbwheel
Using revolution adjustment switch 6, you may select
the required spindle speed (also during operation)
The required speed is dependent on the material and
can be determined with practical trials
After longer periods of working at low speed, allow the
machine to cool by running for approx 3 minutes at
maximum speed with no load.
Recommendations on the power tool
operation
Before starting operation switch on your
tool for testing, if the grinding attach-
ments are well fixed and to make sure,
that there is no radial grinding attachment
run - out. If the radial run - out is detected, switch your
power tool off and replace the faulty attachment.
• Switch your power tool on, wait for the spindle to
reach maximum speed and only then start getting the
grinding surface close to the blank treated
• Best grinding results are achieved, when the power
tool is moved smoothly, while being slightly pressed on
The manufacturer reserves the possibility to introduce changes.
• Avoid applying excessive pressure on your power
tool, as it will not produce better results, but will over-
load the motor and lead to a quicker grinding attach-
ment wear-out
• Never use the grinding attachments, which are worn
out in a non - uniform way
• Grinding attachment defects (deviation in cylindrical
form, non - uniform wear - out, etc) may be corrected
with honing stick Caution: never attempt to correct
radial grinding attachment run-out with honing
stick.
