MOWER TROUBLESHOOTING

Symptom (if)
Blades do not rotate.
Mower belt slipping.
Discharge deflector plugged.
Streaking of grass uncut.
Uneven cut.
Blades scalping grass.
Excessive vibration.

Cause
The PTO system is not normal:
PTO system malfunctioning.
The PTO system is normal:
broken mower belt.
Weaken tension spring.
Worn mower belt.
Mower plugged.
Debris in pulleys.
Grass too wet.
Grass too long.
Cutting too low.
Engine rpm too low.
Ground speed too fast.
Ground speed too fast.
Engine rpm too low.
Grass too long.
Blades dull or damaged.
Debris in mower deck.
Mower deck not level.
Ground speed too fast.
Blades dull.
Blades worn or damaged.
Low tire inflation.
Anti-scalp rollers not adjusted correctly.
Wheels pressure not adjusted correctly.
Cutting height too low.
Turning speed too fast.
Ridges in terrain.
Rough or uneven terrain.

Bent blade(s).
Debris on mower deck or in pulleys.

Remedy
Consult your local KUBOTA Dealer.
Replace.

Unplug and clean the mower deck.
