With the CORN DOG MAKER you can make this beloved traditional carnival fare in your
own kitchen! Use the following recipes or create your own delicious corn dogs. You can
also make several other savory or sweet snacks on a stick. Be creative and have fun!
Insert stick in center and place food in the wells on the Lower Cooking Surface.
Close and lock lid – most snacks bake in just 5-8 minutes!
Enjoy your freshly baked corn dogs and other snacks with your favorite dipping sauces!
CARNIVAL CORN DOGS
5 Hot Dogs, cut in half
¼ Cup All-
Purpose Flour
2½ Tbsp. Yellow
Cornmeal
1 Tbsp. White,
Granulated Sugar
¼ Tsp. Baking Powder
¼ Tsp. Salt
1 Egg, beaten
¼ Cup and 1 Tbsp.
Buttermilk
/
Tsp. Baking Soda

CHEESY PIGS IN A BLANKET
8 Hot Dogs, cut in half
8 Slices American
Cheese, halved
1 (10-oz.) Package
Refrigerated
Biscuit Dough
Preheat the CORN DOG MAKER maker as directed.
In a large bowl, stir together the flour,
cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Make a well in the center, and pour in the
egg, buttermilk, and baking soda.
Mix until everything is smooth and well blended.
Insert bamboo sticks into the ends of dry hot dogs.
Dip the hot dogs in the batter one at a time.
Place in preheated wells of Lower Cooking Surface.
Close the Lid and cook for 5-8 minutes.
Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.
Remove each with a wooden or plastic kitchen utensil.
Preheat the PIGS IN A BLANKET™
APPETIZER MAKER as directed.
Insert bamboo sticks into the ends of dry hot dogs.
Wrap cheese around each hot dog then wrap the
cheese covered hot dogs in biscuit dough.
Place in wells of Lower Cooking Surface.
Close the Lid and cook for 5-8 minutes.
Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.
Remove each with a wooden or plastic kitchen utensil.
