HOW TO OPERATE Before first use, clean the inside and outside of the unit by wiping it with a moist, non-abrasive sponge or cloth and then drying it with a non-abrasive dry towel. Make sure the Top Housing is securely attached to the Base before starting. First, find a flat surface near an electrical outlet. -
