Preventive maintenance
Introduction
The dehumidifier consists of few moveable parts and otherwise of components of high
quality and long life.
Preventive maintenance in the form of cleaning and regular service should be carried
out to ensure continued operation and to maximise durability. It is important to note
that the intervals between services may vary depending on the environment in which the
appliance is installed.
Service contract
Dantherm A/S offers a service contract that includes preventive and/or corrective
maintenance - see more about this in section "Service agreement", page 35.
Tools
No special tools are required.
IMPORTANT!
The mains connector must always be disconnected before preventive maintenance is
commenced!
If the dehumidifier has been operational, the heating element should be left to cool for
15 minutes before the dehumidifier is dismantled.
