Wen 5500 (13 hp engine) carburetor assembly
To disassemble the carburetor on a Wen 5500 generator, do the following:
Remove the two P2 (#2 PoziDrive) head screws holding the solenoid to the bottom of the
carburetor bowl.
Remove the 14mm hex head bolt from the bottom of the carburetor bowl.

- Page 2 Separate the bowl from the bottom of the carburetor. Remove the pivot pin from the float and pull the float away from the carburetor. Insert a ¼” flat head screwdriver into the center stem of the carburetor and remove the jet.
- Page 3 Remove the nozzle from inside the center stem. Reassembly is in reverse order. Be sure the o-ring is properly seated between the bowl and the bottom of the carburetor.
