Depressurize the system before beginning any work on
it.
Daily maintenance consists of checking the system for
•
leaks and visual inspection of air lines.
•
Replace any damaged components with new ones immediately.
Dewater the air system at least twice a year and in particular before the winter. In order to
•
do this, remove the plug (1) in the bottom part of the air tank (2). Replace the plug and check
the system for leaks after dewatering.
•
Clean the line filter as required, however not less frequently than once a year.
•
Add an antifreeze agent for the safe operation of valves in the compressed air system. Follow
the tractor manufacturer's recommendations.
•
Release brakes and depressurize the system and drain the water from the tank before the
winter storage.
3.5.8. Frame Weight
Load on the hitch is low in the CROSS HP machines. A set of weights [A] of a total weight of approx.
300 kg is installed on the machine in order to improve the comfort of work on it.
