Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.
  • Page 71 Flex the inside of the bottom edge (1), the left and right edges (2), and the top edge (3) of the display bezel until the bezel disengages from the display enclosure. Remove the display bezel (4). To remove the webcam/microphone module: Position the display assembly with the top edge toward you.

    Updating the BIOS Updated versions of the BIOS may be available on the HP website. Most BIOS updates on the HP website are packaged in compressed files called SoftPaqs. Some download packages contain a file named Readme.txt, which contains information regarding installing and troubleshooting the file.
