Description
Configures the key to access the Redial list. You can then
press the key to view the Redial list.
Configures the key to access the Message menu. You can
then press the key to view the Message menu.
Configures the key to turn Do Not Disturb on or off. The key
is lit orange when DND is on.
Configures the key to turn Call Forward All on or off. Select
the account for which Call Forward All will apply. Ensure that
you also configure Call Forward settings on the Call Settings
page.
Configures the key to turn Call Forward No Answer on or off.
Select the account for which Call Forward No Answer will
apply. Ensure that you also configure Call Forward settings
on the Call Settings page.
Configures the key to turn Call Forward Busy on or off. Select
the account for which Call Forward Busy will apply. Ensure
that you also configure Call Forward settings on the Call
Settings page.
Configures the key to dial a number on the selected
account. After selecting Quick Dial, select the account on
which the number will be dialed out, and enter the number to
be dialed.
Configures the key to monitor another extension. Select the
applicable account and enter the URI of the extension you
want to monitor with this key. For example,
2325552001@sipservice.com.
Configures the key to open the XML browser. Enter the URI
of the XML application to be executed.
Configures the key to display the ACD State menu.
Select the account that is subscribed to the ACD service.
Configures the key to call one or a group of phones.
Pressing the key dials the Paging feature access code. Your
System Administrator must configure the feature access
code for Paging.
Configures the key to make outgoing multicast pages. Enter
a valid Paging Zone ID (ranging from 1 to 10). Multicast
paging differs from standard paging in that it is handled
locally by the Deskset and does not require a subscription
through the hosted server. To use multicast paging, your
System Administrator must first set up paging zones.
Enables you to park a call. Pressing the key dials the Call
Park feature access code (FAC). Your System Administrator
must configure the feature access code and any other
settings for Call Park.
