    VSP726 Administrator and Provisioning Manual Network Requirements A simple VSP726 SIP deskset installation example is shown in Figure 1. A switched network topology is recommended for your LAN. The office LAN infrastructure should use Cat.-5/Cat.-5e cable. The VSP726 requires a wired connection to the LAN. However, wireless connections from your LAN to other devices (such as laptops) in your office will not impede performance.
