SIDE BURNER HOSE QUICK-CONNECT ASSEMBLY

Estimated Assembly Time: Approximately 5 minutes
Required Tools: Phillips Screwdriver
1. Insert the side burner hose with female sleeve through side panel of cart (Top drawing).
2. Push the sleeve of the female socket back and insert the male end of the connector. Release the
sleeve.
3. Push the male end into the socket until the sleeve snaps forward to lock the plug in place.
4. To disconnect, push the sleeve back and pull out the male end (bottom drawing).
WARNING
1. Attach the coupling half (socket) to the gas
supply line in accordance with ANSI
Z223.1/NFPA 54 FUEL gas code.
2. Prior to inserting the plug, test the connection
for leaks following the leak test instructions on
page 13. After the leak test is completed, rinse
the connection with clean water to remove any
corrosive residue.
3. Do not use open flame to test for leaks.
