The "Open" window appears as shown in the following illustration.

5. Select the MT-1000C (.hex) file and click Open.
6. Click Send to begin the file transfer. Once the upload begins, the
upload progress is displayed.
Firmware Upgrade
1. Open the Crestron Toolbox.
2. Select Tools | Manage Address Book and select communication with
the MT-1000C.
NOTE: This entry is provided to you in the DefaultAddressBook.adr when
Crestron Toolbox is installed.
NOTE: If the MT-1000C is not synchronized with ActiveSync, communication
will fail. Ensure that the ActiveSync icon
