The fail should be recognized by the technician. The costumer shall not pay any costs of the
technician to repair a failure/malfunction covered by the warranty.

Cases where the warranty is not valid
The claim does not comply with the previous conditions.
The warranty periods previously described after the purchase of the equipment.
Flaws in the installation or if the installation was not made in conformity with national and
european laws and rules, regulations, local building rules and with instructions of the manual.
Cases in which the maintenance and cleaning programs where not executed according to the
instructions of this manual or not executed at alI.
Changes made in the stove or damage caused by non-original components or interventions
caused by non-specialized technicians recognized by IKOS.
Electrical installations that are not in conformity with the required.
Damages caused by atmospheric agents, chemicals, inefficiency or absence of exhaust vents,
improper use of the stove, lack of maintenance, modifications or manipulations of the stove as
well as other causes that do not depend of the manufacturing of the equipment.
For transportation damage purposes, the stove should be verified in the moment of reception.
This damages should be reported immediately to the seller/distributor and mentioned in the
transportation document.
Are excluded from the warranty
All parts subject to wear such as: ceramic glass and parts under direct contact with the fire
in the burning chamber, igniter, sealing materials, sealing cord and exhaust gases extractor.
The replacement of parts does not extends warranty.
Chimney and stove maintenance works.
Also excluded from warranty are the interventions in electrical installations and components
external to the equipment in which the user can intervene during operation.
IKOS will not assume any responsibility for damage caused direct or indirect by the stove.
Modifications not authorized by IKOS.
Modifications of the stove in the structure or electrical components.
Malfunctions or problems caused by the use of non-original components or not supplied by
