Safety distances

Distances to the proximity of inflammable materials.
Keep a minimal distance of 200mm behind and on the sides of the stove for maintenance
purposes.
Chimney
The chimney is very important for the good operation of the stove and it must be able to extract
the exhaust gases to the exterior.
The stove must be connected to an approved chimney for solid fuel.
The chimney should have a minimal diameter equal do the fumes exit of the stove.
Do not use more than 3 meters of horizontal vents. They should have an inclination of 3%.
Do not use more than 3 elbows.
It should be installed a cleaning aperture in every elbow.
The pressure of the chimney should not exceed 15Pa.
The exhaust gases evacuation in the stove must be assured even in the case of electrical fail.
The stove should be connected to a dedicated chimney.
The equipment must comply with the national and regional safety and installation
standards and regulations.
Use a rain cap on the top of the chimney with an exit diameter twice the diameter of the
chimney.
