Power ON/OFF

1. Press the PLAY button to turn on the power.
A welcome message "Digital Audio in Style" appears. Your
player then displays the last Mode used before it was turned off.
The Electro-Luminescent (EL) backlight appears for a few
seconds every time a button is pressed. You can change the
backlight duration in the SETTINGS Submode.
2. To turn off the power, press and hold the STOP button for more
than 1 second.
The message "Shutting down" appears on the LCD.
If the player is idle for 15 minutes, it turns off
automatically. You can change the Power Off time in the
SETTINGS sub-mode.
