IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read these instructions carefully before using the appliance and save for future reference.
 Switch off and unplug the appliance from the mains socket before attaching or removing parts, when not
in use and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp plug and pull from the mains socket. Never pull cord.
 Make sure the rotating blades stop completely before disassembling.
 To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid. To
clean, wipe exterior with a slightly damp cloth.
 Do not use the appliance if the chopping blades are damaged.
 Do not operate the appliance when empty.
 Never touch the chopping blades while still in motion; always wait for them to stop.
 Avoid contacting moving parts.
 The use of attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
 Do not use outdoors or expose to rain.
 Do not use the appliance with wet hands or bare feet.
 Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
 Keep appliance and power cord away from direct radiant heat from the sun, from damp, from sharp
edges and other dangers.
 Only use original accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
 If the appliance is dropped in water do not reach for it, switch off and disconnect at the mains and drain
the water before retrieving the appliance, do not use the appliance again until it has been checked by a
qualified service agent.
 Never use this appliance to mix or stir anything other than foods.
 Do not blend or chop food that is cooking or use with boiling liquids. Danger of scalding.
 Only use the appliance for its intended domestic use. The manufacturer will not accept any liability if the
appliance is subject to improper use, or failure to comply with these instructions.

USING YOUR MINI CHOPPER FOR THE FIRST TIME
Carefully unpack your chopper, as blades are very sharp.
Inspect the chopper for any signs of damage, paying particular attention to the mains cable. If any damage
is found, do not use it.
Wash the processing bowl, chopping blades, blade cover and lid in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry them
thoroughly.
TAKE GREAT CARE WHEN HANDLING THE BLADES.
Clean the motor unit with a slightly damp cloth and dry it with a soft cloth.
Never immerse it in water.
