CHECK THE LOCATION FOR THE GATE

Measure the width
of the opening
where the gate will
be installed.
The width of the
opening should
be no less than
30" (76,2 cm) and
no greater than
42" (106,7 cm).
If using clamps,
also measure the
thickness of the
wall, doorway or
newel post.
If installing near a
stairway, you can
use clamps on the
newel post and
fasteners on the
wall.
The thickness of the
wall/doorway/newel
post should be no less
than 4⅜ ˝ (111,125 mm)
and no greater than
6⅜ ˝ (161,925 mm).

not be used on
