Symptom Possible cause and remedy
Empty display
Radio not reacting
to operation
Poor audio quality
when playing music
via USB
Volume too low
No network connec-
tion can be made
WiFi connection can-
not be established
Connect the power
using the included
power adapter.
Low bit rate file. Check the audio file.
Tip: The bitrate should be 192kbit/s or
higher for MP3 files.
Check the volume setting on the radio.
Check the volume setting of the paired
device from which you are playing
music.
Check the WIFI function.
Activate the DHCP function of the
router to which the radio is to be
registered.
A firewall may be active in the network.
Check the availability of WIFI networks.
Reduce the distance between the WIFI
router and the radio.
Make sure that you are using the
correct WEP/WPA password when
logging on to a WIFI router.
