6. SETTINGS

6.2.9. Location setting

This setting allows you to set the region in which you are located.
The radio uses the local radio function to select radio stations in
your area in this setting.
Use the dial on the device to select the menu item Location set-
ting in the system menu and confirm by pressing the dial on the
device.
Then select the continent and the country in which you are
located.

6.2.10. Software update

To improve the functions of the device, it may be necessary to
update the operating software.The USB interface allows you to
update your radio's operating software, which can be downloa-
ded from www.telestar.de if necessary. The software provided on
the website must be unpacked. The unpacked file is then trans-
ferred to an appropriate storage medium and connected to the
radio via the USB port.
