4.3.1
LabVIEW™ Example Programs
For demonstration purposes and to assist understanding, demo programs using the
important Virtual Instruments (VIs) have been written. They can be accessed via the
menu item "File - Open".
4.3.2

Virtual Instruments

For convenient use of the driver, predefined „Virtual Instruments" (VIs) have been devel-
oped. They can be accessed via the additional menu item „File - Open" and be included
in the LabVIEW™ development environment. They can be placed and "wired" in your
application in the same way as standard LabVIEW™ VIs.
The source VIs are self descriptive and based on the API functions documented in the
chapter "Function Reference". A short description of every VI is also available in the VI
ME-9x Function Tree. This VI is for documentation purposes only and can be
opened by the menu "File - Open". Under "Description" you will find a brief description of
every Virtual Instrument.
