If you cannot close the lid: Check that the Open/Close handle is in the vertical

Have your NutriCook inspected by a T-fal Approved
Service Centre.
Check that:
- The cooking program selector is set to one of the
cooking programmes.
- Your NutriCook is properly closed.
This is normal for the first few minutes.
If the problem persists, select the

Open/Close handle to the vertical position.

under running water and check that the safety valve
