Important Safety Instructions

WARNING: To reduce the risk of FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO
PERSONS:
1. For INDOOR USE ONLY.
2. Do NOT touch LEDs.
3. Do NOT remove the protective clear LED lens.
4. Do NOT look directly at lighted LEDs for any length of time.
5. Do NOT touch, operate, or install fixture while in contact with water.
6. Not intended for illumination of aquariums.
7. Not intended for recessed installation in ceilings or soffits.
8. Do NOT mount over sinks or stoves.
9. Do NOT mount the light to cabinets having a material thickness less
than 1/4 in.
10. Lights may be installed inside of enclosed cabinets ONLY when the
POWER CONTROL UNIT and 120 V POWER CORD are located
outside of the cabinet.
11. Electrical requirements: 3VDC, 0.15A MAX.
12. Do NOT attempt to install while plugged in.
13. Use only insulated staples or plastic ties (not included) to secure the cords.
14. Do not run ANY cords behind walls, ceilings, soffits, cabinets or a similar
permanent structure where it may be inaccessible for examination.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS IN A LOCATION CLOSE TO THE FIXTURE TO
REFER TO THEM AT A LATER TIME.

Mounting Instructions

SHOCK WARNING: Do not install the LED add-on puck to the 3 light LED plug-in puck kit unless
POWER is OFF.

The puck may have the mounting cap pre-installed on the top
of the puck (depending on the production run). Rotate the cap
counter clockwise and remove it.
Locate the position on the mounting surface where the puck is
to be mounted and mark the center location of the puck.
NOTE: The add-on puck needs to be mounted within 48" of the
3 light LED plug-in puck kit's power hub. Once the mounting
location of the puck has been determined, hold the mounting
cap in place and mark the center point of the two screw holes.
Dimple the surface with either an awl, a nail or drill a small
pilot hole for the mounting cap screws. Secure the mounting
cap with the two cap screws provided.
Once the mounting cap is secure, bring the puck to the
mounting cap, engage the catches on the puck with the
groves on the cap and turn clockwise.
Plug the puck connector cord into the 3 light LED plug-in puck
kit's power hub.
Any excess hanging cords can be secured using the cord
clips provided. Use caution when attaching the cord clip to the
cabinet to ensure that the metal nail does not pierce the cord.
Insert the power plug into the power outlet and the installation
is complete.
