Preparation and Operation

Selection Button and Functions
The selection button (4) can be used to switch between the different programmes. The
device has four programmes. The
programme via its colour.
Programme
KALT
(COLD)
WARM
SCHAUM
(FOAM)
HEISS
(HOT)
Example: If milk at a temperature of approx. 15 °C is used, it is heated to approx. 50 °C
after around 2 minutes and to approx. 70 °C after around 3 minutes.
To switch between the different programmes, press the selection button several times. The
programmes can be selected in the following order:
KALT (COLD) > WARM > SCHAUM (FOAM) > HEISS (HOT)
Markings in the Milk Container
The milk container (6) has three different markings (PICTURE B):
MAX
Maximum fi ll level for heating without frothing (approx. 300 ml)
MAX
Maximum fi ll level for frothing (approx. 150 ml)
MIN
Minimum fi ll level (approx. 100 ml)
Fill the milk container depending on the programme as follows:
