60745. Level A of the generated noise is usually:
sound pressure level Lp
sound Lw
= 99 dB (A). Uncertainty K = 3 dB. Work

with a earmuffs! Full value of the vibration (the
vector sum of the three directions) is determined
according to EN 60745. Value of the generated
vibrations:
Main handle a
= 3.58 m/s
h
Auxiliary handle a
h
Uncertainly K = 1,5 m/s
That in this operating manual value for vibration
is measured by the method specified in EN 60745
and can be used to compare different power. The
level of vibration varies depending on the specific
activity carried out and in some cases may exceed
that in this guide value. For an exact estimate of the
burden of vibrations in a working cycle should be
recorded and the intervals in which the power is off
or idling. This can significantly reduce the reporting
burden of vibrations throughout the business cycle.
8. Preparing for the job. Installation of auxiliary
accessories and consumables.
8.1. Dust bag.
In the current activities you can use dust bag.
Insert the nozzle of the bag firmly in the hole (4) for
removal of dust to dust-extraction bag. To operate
dust-extraction effectively empty dust bag promptly.
In continuous operation a system of dust-extraction
with an additional vacuum machine.
8.2. Adjust the depth of planning.
Front on the power plane is mobile and allows
adjustment of the depth of planning.
By rotating handle depth of planning can be
adjusted smoothly and infinitely variable from 0 to
2 mm, taking into account the value scale located
against the pointer .
9. Inclusion and exclusion.
Beware of the voltage of supply network!
Tension of the supply network must comply with
the details shown on the plate of power. Appliances
marked with 230 V, can be supplied with a voltage
of 220 V.
9.1. To turn on the power plane, press and hold
precautionary button against accidental inclusion
(2). Then press the trigger switch (1). Exclusion
plane release trigger switch (1).
10. Working with electrical plane.
10.1. Where possible, work with a small force
of pressure. The mass of the power is sufficient to
achieve good performance. Excessive increases
the power of the press does not increase
productivity and leads to a drastic drop in speed,
excessive heating of engine damage to the work
piece and the elements of the plane.
10.2. Bevel edges.
= 88 dB (A); power of

= 2.97 m/s

Cut in the middle of the front based on the plane
"V" - shaped channel facilitates rapid processing of
the edges of the material being processed. Place
the base with "V"-shaped channel on the edge
of the processed material and move the plane
forward. The processing of the edges holds the
plane at an angle of 450. Do not throw the tool and
do not overload.
Keep and refer to the accessories carefully.
Make periodic breaks at work.
11. Service and Support.
11.1. Never use water or any chemical liquid
to clean the electrical plane. It should be cleaned
with a piece of dry tissue, and accumulated dust
removed with a soft brush. Always store the plane
in a dry place and keep the vent on the hull clean.
11.2. Replacing the carbon brushes. Exports
(shorter than 5 mm), up or broken carbon brushes
of the engine should be replaced. Always replace
both the two brushes. Work on replacement of
carbon brushes entrusted only to qualified person
with original spare parts in company service of
RAIDER.
11.3. The repair of your power is best carried
out only by qualified professionals repairers of
RAIDER, which used only original spare parts.
Thus it ensuring their safe operation.
12. Preservation of the environment.
In view of environmental power, additional
accessories and packaging must be subjected to
appropriate processing for reuse of the information
contained in these materials.
Do not dispose of electric household waste!
Under the EU Directive 2012/19/EC on waste
electrical and electronic devices and validation and
as a national law power which can be used more,
must be collected separately and be subjected to
appropriate processing for recovery of contained
they scrap.
