5.4.
Preparing the plow for operation
After correctly mounting the plow on the tractor it should be inspected and it should be
determined if the plow has worn blade inserts, bumpers or loose bolts. If necessary replace worn
elements and tighten the bolts. If the plow is ready for use it should be placed in the desired position
and start plowing. Fig. 18 and Fig. 19 presents basic operating positions of the plow. While
working on public roads turn on the marker lights.
