Assembly of Evelo Compass The focus of this document is to assist with the assembly of your new EVELO Delta X. The scope is intentionally narrow – The “User Guide” that was included with your bike covers a much broader spectrum of topics: fit adjustments, battery care, controls etc.

Replace nut and tighten clockwise. Add thread locker to these threads before installing cap nut. Replace nut and tighten counter-clockwise. Repeat steps for the other side. Remove the screw in the front fork. Remove black spacer as well. ASSEMBLY OF EVELO COMPASS...

Thread headlight and fender support onto screw. Insert spacer between headlight and fender support. Replace nut and tighten. Remove bolts from each side of fork. Attach lower fender support struts. ASSEMBLY OF EVELO COMPASS...

Screw pedals into crank arms. It is important to note that the pedals are threaded differently. Attach cap to handlebar base. Remove plastic cover from handlebar stem. Once aligned, tighten bolt to secure Insert handlebar stem and align with front handlebars. Make sure this bolt is extra wheel. tight! Adjust the seat height. ASSEMBLY OF EVELO COMPASS...
