Attenersi scrupolosamente alle istruzioni contenute nel libretto USO E MANUTENZIONE
del motore HONDA GC 160.
Ogni volta che si usa la motoscopa, verificare il livello olio motore con l'apposita asta 3
(Fig. 4).
Ogni 50 ore di lavoro sostituire l'olio motore mediante il tubo di scarico.(fig.7)
Attenzione !
A motore nuovo, dopo le prime 5 ore di lavoro, sostituire l'olio.
Il motore HONDA è predisposto (internamente) con un dispositivo di bloccaggio corrente
alla candela quando l'olio è sotto al livello minimo prestabilito.
Pertanto, quando il motore si ferma all'improvviso, mentre si lavora su pendenze troppo
forti o sul piano, controllare il livello dell'olio e ripristinarlo se è basso.
Pulizia o sostituzione elemento fi ltrante aria motore
Ogni volta che si usa la motoscopa, ispezionare l'elemento filtrante 1 (Fig. 8) per avere la
certezza della loro funzionalità, onde prevenire malfunzionamenti al carburatore. Ogni 25
ore di lavoro pulire l'elemento filtrante.
Attenzione!
Pulire l'elemento fi ltrante frequentemente se la motoscopa viene
usata in zone molto polverose.

Engine
Carefully follow the instructions in the HONDA GC 160 OPERATING AND MAINTENAN-
CE manual for all engine maintenance operations.
Always check the oil level in the engine before starting it up, using the dipstick 3, fig.4.
Drain the engine oil from the sump drain hose (fig.7) every 50 hours work and refill with
clean oil.
Warning!
Change the engine oil initially after the fi rst 5 hours work.
If the engine oil level drops below the minimum, a device inside the engine cuts out the
spark to the plug and stops the engine. If the engine stops unexpectedly, check the oil
level and top up if low.
Cleaning and replacing the engine air fi lter element
Check that the air filter element 1, fig.8 are in good working order every time you use the
motor-sweeper. Clean the element 1, every 25 hours work.
Warning!
Clean the air fi lter elements more frequently if you are working in
particularly dusty areas.
Follow the instructions in the HONDA GC 160 OPERATING AND
MAINTENANCE manual to clean the fi lter elements.
