Solving Missing or Low Audio Problems

If there is no sound or the volume is too low, try the following steps until the
problem is solved.
a Adjust the projector's volume settings using the
the remote control.
b Check the cable connection between the projector and your video
source.
c
Press the button on the remote control to resume video and audio
if they were temporarily stopped.
d Check the following settings on your video equipment:
• Check your video source to make sure the volume is turned up and
the audio output is set for the correct source.
• Set the connected device to PCM output.
• When you are connecting the projector to a Mac using an HDMI
cable, make sure your Mac supports audio through the HDMI port.
