Integral pedal braking system (02_25)

The vehicle is equipped with an integral, pedal-operated braking system «A» mounted
on the right-hand foot rest platform. When the rider presses this pedal it produces an
integral type braking effect that acts on both the front and rear brake discs.
Vehicle deceleration may be governed either by the pedal-operated braking system
or the combined action of the two manual controls. Maximum braking performance is
obtained by using the manual controls.

SINCE THE INTEGRAL BRAKING SYSTEM IS IN COMMUNICATION WITH THE
TRADITIONAL BRAKE PUMPS, THE RIDER MAY NOTICE A SLIGHT MOVEMENT
OF THE LEVERS ON THE HANDLEBARS WHEN OPERATING THE BRAKE PED-
AL, AND VICE VERSA.
THIS EFFECT IS ENTIRELY NORMAL.
