Attach the Upper Shield to the Brackets by inserting the Phillips Barrels through the
holes at the top of the Brackets and the holes on the bottom of the Upper Shield.
Tighten in place by inserting the Hex Machine Screws into the barrels.
Repeat this for the other side.
