The silicone baking mat is perfect for baking in the oven. The
baking mat is dishwasher-safe and temperature resistant from
–40°C up to +230°C. The baking mat has a non-stick surface,
is food-safe, odour- and tasteless.
Before first Use
1. Before first use, clean the silicone baking mat with warm
water and detergent. Dry the baking mat thoroughly.
2. Grease the baking mat slightly as this will increase the non-
stick properties for future use.
Using
1. Place the baking mat on the oven rack.
2. Place the batter on the foil. Place the baking mat with the
oven rack in the oven and check baking process.
3. After baking process take out the oven rack together with
the baking mat and allow the baked batter to cool down.
Do not cut or scratch with sharp objects on the silicone bak-
ing mat. Remove the baked batter with wooden or plastic
utensils only.
After using the baking mat several times it might become
discoloured. However, this will not impair the function of the
article.
Cleaning
Clean the baking mat with warm water and washing-up
liquid or wash it in the dishwasher.
Do not use aggressive detergents or the abrasive side of
the sponge for cleaning.
