. Please note that you should consult your local building codes with questions on installation compliance standards. Building and plumbing codes may vary by location and DreamLine is not responsible for code compliance standards for your project. . Please insure that prior to the installation th e tub is leveled and solid and will be able to support the total weight of the unit. - Page 3 Before discarding the carton, check for small hardware bags that tend to fall to the bottom of the box. If any parts are damaged or missing, please contact DreamLine for replacement.
- Page 4 Tub Door Installation Measure the distance between two walls. This distance is marked as “W”. See Fig. 1 for details. 2. The Guide rail (01) and the Threshold (02) have been precut for the installation between the walls with a distance of 60”. If W=60”, then it is unnecessary to cut the Guide rail with the Threshold and you can continue to Step 3.
- Page 5 3. If the Threshold (02) has been cut off from the end, you will need to drill 2″ another hole, which is 2” away from the end of the Threshold. Drill through the two lay ers of the aluminum using the Ø 3/16” drill bit, and then enlarge the hole on its first layer with the Ø...

Find the location of the Guide rail bracket (12) on the wall: X+1/8” a) Place a mark on the w all with the 7/16 distance of 56 ” from the top surface of the tub to the bottom surface of the Guide rail bracket. b) Measure the distance from the fron edge of the Threshold (02) to the far corner of the wall.
- Page 7 6. If the Guide rail (02) has been cut off from the end, you will need to drill another hole, which is 13/16” away from the end of the Guide rail. Ø3/16” ee Fig. 7 for details. 13/16” 7. Slide the Rollers (10) into the channel of the Guide rail (01).
- Page 8 8. Attach the Glass doors (03) to the Rollers (10) and fasten them with the provided bolts. Install the Guid e block (11) onto the middle of the Threshold (02). Install the Handle (04) onto the Glass door using the predrilled holes with the Countersunk screw ST4.2×25 (06).

Product Maintenance 1. The tempered glass can be cleaned with nonabrasive bathroom cleaner or any glass cleaner you use elsewhere in your home. Rinse off any glass cleaner that gets on the aluminum as soon as possible to avoid damage to the anodized surface. Avoid striking glass with any sharp or hard objects. - Page 11 SHOWER CABINS (JETTED & STEAM) DreamLine™ warrants glass, acrylic and finish to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of five (5) years from initial date of purchase by the owner/end-user, contractor or builder from an authorized dealer; and plumbing, electrical and steam generator components for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase by the owner/end-user, contractor or builder from an authorized dealer.
