The process for switching off the power is detailed below.

Definition of REGIUS MODEL 190 status
1. SLEEP
- Termination of daily operation.
2. operation OFF
- Turning off the power breaker
- Suspended use of the device for an extended period
3. Power Breaker OFF
- Suspended use of the device for an extended period.
- Unplugging of the power cable from outlet.
- For service purpose (maintenance service, etc.)
- Emergency stop of operation at the time of accident such as smoke/fire
generation or being caught in the device.
* Except for the case of Emergency Stop, "Power Breaker OFF" should be
implemented only after terminating the operation by pressing the [operation]
button. Otherwise, it may lead to damage to the device, generating risk that the
device may not start up in the normal way.

Ensure that the REGIUS MODEL 190 is in
Sleep Mode or the message "READY"
appears on the LCD panel. Then depress
the "operation" button.
(Approx. for five seconds)
• "POWER OFF AFT 5" appears on the LCD
panel, then the counter starts counting
down from five to one. (Approx. for five
seconds)
• If the operation switch is released before
the counter reaches one, the counter stops
counting down, and resumes "READY" on
the LCD panel again.

The message "POWER OFF IN
PROCESS" together with a counter
"■ ■ ■ • • • " will appear on the LCD
panel. (For approx. 20 seconds.)
• The counter "■ ■ ■ • • • " starts to
decrement. (For approx. 10 seconds.)
• The "operation" lamp will flash.

The LCD panel extinguishes.
• After the LCD panel extinguishes, the
"operation" lamp keeps flashing for approx.
10 seconds, then extinguishes.

It is not usually necessary to
switch OFF the power breaker
when shut downing the unit.
The power breaker should be
switched OFF only when the
unit is not to be used for an
extended period.
