13. Current imbalance error (PTAC)

Main check points:
(1) wiring (2) main board
Start
Check if the wiring
connection and insertion
is normal?
N
Connect and insert wiring again
according to the wiring diagram
Check each
ports of electrical heating
and the insulation resistance of unit casing
to see if they are
normal?
N
Dismantle the unit, find out the short
circuit part in electrical heater and unit
casing and conduct insulation treatment
Replace the electrical
heater and the related connecting
wire
N
Replace with a new
controller with the same
model
