Click [Print] or [OK].
The [Fax Phone Number Entry] dialog box appears.

Enter the fax/telephone number of the recipient in the [Fax
recipient phone] edit box.
NOTE
•
You can enter numbers (0-9), an asterisk (*), and a sharp (#) for the recipient's number,
and a comma (,) for a pause.
•
Up to 32 characters can be entered in the [Fax recipient phone] edit box.
•
You can also select a previously used fax/telephone number from the [Select previous
phone numbers] pull-down list.
