Page Setup Tab

Specifies the page settings including the paper size, number of copies, orientation,
and number of pages per sheet.
The following screen shows the Page Setup tab in Windows XP.

2-14 Printer Properties and Printer Printing Preferences
Selects the original paper size to work with in an application. Available
options are: [Letter], [Legal], [A4], [B5 (JIS)], [Executive], [Envelope
#10] [Envelope DL], [Envelope C5], and [Envelope Monarch].
Selects the paper type to print. Available paper types are as follows:
- [Plain]: Plain paper
- [Plain Paper Light]: If your printout curls significantly when using
[Plain], try this setting instead.
- [Heavy Paper]: Heavy paper, envelopes, on labels
- [Extra Heavy Paper]: If the toner is not set well on your printout when
using [Heavy Paper], try this setting instead.
- [Transparency]: Transparencies
Selects the layout for printing the document ([1 Page per Sheet] or [2
Pages per Sheet]). When this option is set to [2 Pages per Sheet], the
original page size is reduced to fit the 2-page layout when printed.
Selects the direction of printing relative to the paper ([Portrait] or
[Landscape]).
