Solution
Cleaning the dust-proof glass.
The dust-proof glass for each toner cartridge can
be cleaned simply by removing and reinserting the
toner cartridge.
1.
Turn the power OFF, and remove the power plug
from the power outlet.
2.
Open the front cover.
3.
Pull out the toner cartridge.

4. Insert the removed toner cartridge back into
place.
CAUTION!
For the other three toner cartridges, repeat
steps 3 and 4.
5.
Close the front cover.
6. Insert the power plug into the power outlet, and
turn the power ON.
P O I N T
If the problem cannot be resolved, clean the
document feed scanning area.
