TH-D7A QUICK START
1. Entering Frequency
a) Press A/B to choose the band
b) Press VFO
c) Press (ENT) button and select your frequency
2. Selecting Tone
a) Press F, there will be a flashing number select F-1. Press OK, ON will flash select ON,
and press OK.
b) Press F, select F-2, press OK. PL will flash, select PL, by turning main tuning knob,
press OK again
3. Memory Entry
a) Press F then MR button
b) Select memory number using main tuning knob
c) Press MR to store that frequency
4. To recall Memory,
a) Press MR
b) Select memory number using main tuning knob

Q. Is the TH-D7A PC programmable?
A. Yes, and the software package is a PG-4W
Q. Is the TH-D7A capable of cross-band RPT?
A. No, you may not use the TH-D7A as a cross band repeater, you may use it to cross band
Repeat with the TM-V7A, TM-742A, and the New TM-D700A
Q. Is it capable in band RX?
A. VHF/UHF, UHF/VHF only
Q. I am unable to make the GPS work with my TH-D7A?
A. Please check the settings on the TH-D7A, and GPS unit
Q. I am unable to find the PG-4W?
A. It is a current accessory. Call your local Amateur Radio Dealer
Q. I get a time out error when uploading and downloading memory from the PC?
A. Check to see if you are using COM1, or COM2, and nothing can be sharing that port
Q. How do I reset messages on the TH-D7A?
A. You can not without a total CPU reset.
Q. Will it remote control the TM-V7A?
A. Yes, the TH-D7A can run the TM-V7A remotely
