- Page 6 ® KILEWS Digital Torque Meter 五. 准备与测量方法 5.1 稳定机身 使用螺钉等固定机身。 5.2 测量单位的设定 测量扭力的单位由单位转换开关设定，当要改变单位时，需进行归零调整。 5.3 测量模式的设定 测量模式由模式转换开关设定。当改变单位时。需进行归零调整。 5.4 电源的开关 打开电源开关（ON/OFF） 如果 LOBAT/NG 等亮起，请立即充电。 当关闭电源时，请按下 ON/OFF 按钮约 1 秒，仪器自动会关机。 归零调整 1. 将模式开关设为 TRACK 2. 左右调整归零调整开关，将显示器值设定为零【0.0】 3. 测量模式开关设定为使用时的模式【PD-TR-PP】 ※如果 10 分钟之内没有完成按键动作，电源将自动关机。 5.5 功能键设定...
- Page 7 ® KILEWS Digital Torque Meter 5.6 测量方法 1） 请使用螺钉等固定机身。 2） 请按下 ON/OFF 键并打开电源。当电量不足时，LOBAT/NG 灯会闪烁，此时请用原厂充电器充电。 3） 设定各个功能的数值。 4） 归零调整。当显示器的值大于零，请进行归零调整。 5） 在工具扭力测试部分进行测量。当工具有负荷扭力时开始测量。 6） 检查工具的操作正常完成，测量的扭力值显示并读取，测量结束。 7） 测量结束后，按下 CLEAR 键，显示器清零。若设定自动清零功能，在设定时间之后，数值将自动清零。 （测量值会被存储在内部存储器内，同时数据会输出至 RS232C 输出连接器。此功能只在 PD-PP 被执行） 8） 继续工作，从 5 开始重复。 如果要结束工作，请按下 ON/OFF 键 1 秒，关闭电源。 （如果维持一个状态不动，10 分钟后电源被关闭）...

- Page 13 ® KILEWS Digital Torque Meter 5. Preparation and the method of measurement 5.1 Stabilize the body Please use a bolt etc. and fix a body firmly. 5.2 Setup in Measurement Unit The unit of the torque to measure is set up with a measurement unit change switch.
