3. DISMANTLING THE VENTILATOR
ATTENTION! Make sure that the appliance is unplugged before handling any electrical parts.

4. ELECTRICAL OUTLINE
Positions of the switch
The position of the switch determines three different fan speeds:
- POSITION "0": The fans operate at MINIMUM speed AUTOMATICALLY when the
appliance is lit inside, and the thermostat reaches 50ºC.
The fans stop when the flame has extinguished inside the stove, and the thermostat
temperature drops below 50°C.
This position is RECOMMENDED when the user would like the fans to stop once the stove
has become cold.
- POSITION "1": The fans start at MEDIUM speed MANUALLY. In this position, the fans do
not stop even if the flame has gone out and the temperature of the cast iron is below 50ºC.
- POSITION "2": The fans start at MAXIMUM speed MANUALLY.
In this position, the fans do not stop even if the flame has gone out and the temperature of
the cast iron is below 50ºC.
This position is recommended for when the user would like to transfer heat from the stove to the room
quickly.
DO NOT DISCONNECT THE COMPACT UNIT FROM THE MAINS. THIS CAN CAUSE
DETERIORATION OF THE ELECTRICAL PARTS.
To change the ventilators proceed as follows:
To replace the fans, please follow these
instructions:
7. Loosen the front grille by loosening the fixing
screw (Fig. 1).
8. Loosen the screws that secure the fans (Fig.
2).
9. Pull them out tilted through the hole in the
front (Fig. 3).
10. Disconnect the fan connection cables.
11. Insert a new fan.
12. Proceed in the inverse manner to install it.
