    AUTOMATIC HUMIDIFIER OPERATION Most gas heaters dry out the air in the room. (Remember the bowls of water in front of the old gas heaters?) The Archer has ingeniously solved this problem with an Automatic Humidifier. Gas contains moisture which is normally expelled out the flue or chimney after combustion.

    OVER TEMPERATURE CUT OUT The Archer Gas Space Heater is protected against overheating with a high temperature 80°C cut out switch to protect the heat exchanger, plastic sump and flue fan. The high temperature cut out switch will automatically switch off the gas supply to the heater, if the temperature in the room where the heater is located reaches approximately 28°C.

    RESETTING THE HEATER If for any reason the Heater needs to be reset. Open the front panel from the Heater to access the control compartment. If an error is present requiring that the Heater be reset.     Follow the directions for removing the glass door. If the liners need to be replaced, contact a qualified service person. Only liners provided by Aurora Climate Systems can be used, any substitute will void the warranty. MAIN CONVECTION FAN The main convection fan in the heater should be checked, serviced and cleaned annually by a qualified service person to ensure that your appliance is operating efficiently.

    GOLD PLATED/CHROME PLATED/STAINLESS STEEL DOORS The gold and chrome plated finish on the door requires little maintenance and needs only to be cleaned with a soft cloth and a small amount of Mr. Sheen. Polish gently. Stainless Steel doors can be cleaned with a metal cleaner that can be used on Stainless Steel. Please note: Stains or imperfections on plated finishes are not covered under warranty.
