This peice is not lighting up any longer. The breaker is not flipped on the transformer. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this

1. Turn the car over and remove the two screws holding the roof. 2. Turn it back over and gently lift the roof from the body. 3. Carefully lower the chassis from the shell, avoiding wire damage. 4.
