Circulating pump

The circulating pump (Fig. 11) consists of a hydraulic system, a wet winding
motor with permanent magnet rotor and an electronic control module with
integrated frequency converter.

Adjust pump

The operating mode and operating level are selected via the push button ü. The opera-
ting mode (following symbols ùäë) is displayed by the LED on the pump.
The operating level ö (three bar symbols 1-3) is displayed by LED. Switch between
operating modes by pressing the push button repeatedly ü. The alarm indicator ò lights
green in normal operation. It lights up/flashes in case of a fault.
Logic: Level 3, 2, 1 next mode starting with level 3
Default setting as-delivered state: Constant speed level 2
Recommended setting: Constant differential pressure level 2 (press push button 7 times starting from as-delivered state).

Variable differential pressure operation
The pump regulates itself automatically according to the differential pressure.
Constant differential pressure operation
The set discharge head is kept constant.
Constant speed operation
The speed is kept at a constant level.
