Reinstalling Internal Battery

Each battery tray uses a blindmate DC
connector . Position each battery pack tray

so the red and black DC connector end is
facing towards the rear of the battery pack
unit and the communication port
toward the front of the battery pack housing.
Starting at the right side of the battery pack
housing, insert the first two battery trays,
making sure they protrude slightly from the
UPS. Ensure that the battery communications
cable are out of the way when inserting the
battery trays. Repeat for the remaining trays.

Reconnect the battery communication cables
to each battery tray communications port,
then push the battery pack trays completely
into the battery pack housing.

Reattach the battery bracket to the battery
pack frame and secure with the screws
removed in the Removing Internal Battery
section.
Note: Make sure the battery bracket does not
pinch the communication cables upon installation.

Reattach the front bezel to the battery pack
unit and secure with the screws removed in
the Removing Internal Battery section.
