2. Turn the valve on the propane cylinder clockwise to turn off and remove regulator from propane cylinder by turning the fitting
counter-clockwise.
3. Remove regulator from stove by turning threaded fitting attaching to the stove counter-clockwise.
MS40A Regulator Disposal Instructions: Please destroy and discard of the original regulator by cutting the rubber gas hose
from regulator and disposing of both pieces.
• Do not use appliance until leak checked. Leak check should be performed using a 50/50 mixture of mild soap and water. Do
not use household cleaning agents. Use a paint brush to brush soapy solution onto all indicated areas.
• If you cannot stop a gas leak, immediately close LP tank valve and call LP gas supplier or your fire department!
Appliance must be leak checked outdoors in well-ventilated area, away from ignition sources such as gas fired or electrical
appliances. During leak test, keep appliance away from open flames or sparks.
