(13) Positioning the needle driving pulley pressure applying lever

The clearance at the stop-motion position (while the driving pulley is running idle) should be 0.2 to
0.3 mm.

(14) Positioning the thread pull-off lever

Adjust the position of thread pull-off lever 1 so that the dimension between thread guide pole 4 and
thread pull-off lever 1 is 5 to 9 mm at the stop-motion position.
