Processor replacement

CAUTION
The processor replacement may only be carried out by authorized qualified personnel. If
the processor type is changed, the BIOS must be updated so that the suitable microcode is
loaded.
Preparation
1. Unplug the device from mains.
2. Open the device.
Removing the processor
How to remove the processor
1. Unhook the fan holder on the heat sink
and pull off towards the front.
2. Disconnect the processor fan connector.
3. Loosen the four screws and remove the
heat sink.
