Troubleshooting Test B - Not cooling on DC

Perform the "Diagnostic Pre-Checks."

1. Remove unit from enclosure, leaving DC power connected.
Have any wires become disconnected from their terminals?
■ Yes: Reattach wires and test unit; refer to the wiring dia-
gram.
■ No: Go to the flow chart below.
Correct DC power
to refrigerator

Is there 12 volts DC at
terminal block?
(HC+ and HC- terminals)
Yes
Is there 12 volts DC at input of fuse?
Yes
Is there 12 volts DC at output of fuse?
Yes
Is there 12 volts DC at
input of mode selector
switch?
(Terminal 4a, Red wire)
Yes
Is there 12 volts DC at
output of mode selector
switch?
(Terminal 4b, Yellow wire)
Yes
Is power indicator light
on?
No
Are indicator wires
properly connected per
wiring diagram?
No
Properly connect and or
repair wiring

Refrigerator will not operate in DC mode.

Ensure red wire of
fuse is connected
to HC+ terminal
